CITS Services

Here is a summary of my experience of what is listed on the CITS Services and what I continue to learn to be prepared for this position.

I used this Learning Management System (LMS) with my work at Maricopa Community Colleges. As I complete my doctorate degree, the platform is the same. In addition, I have utilized various LMS in multiple community colleges and various professional employment. For the most part, they are similar with functions and how they operate.

Though I understand that Azure is different from AWS but general terminologies and operational framework still apply. I studied and prepared for the Azure 900 exam using the tutorials to the right so am familiar with cloud systems.

I have a lot of experience as a signee for docusign due to our private business. I have also used this as an author for some time with my last work wherein I created a document for folks to sign regarding safety measures based on Occupation Safety and Health Administration requirements.

As an instructional designer for a community college, I was able to edit videos and added closed caption using mediasite.

Received multiple company training on Phishing and Spam Email. I have utilized various Multi-Factor Authentication professionally and personally.

As a managing member of our physical therapy practice, I also served as the instructional technologist of the organization. Majority of the networking services are work that I did. In addition, I also prepared for the CompTIA A+ certification by studying all the videos listed below.
